In addition, there is a shortage of qualified personnel in the region who are able to integrate modern technologies and approaches to water resources management. At the meeting, opportunities for synergy between the Erasmus+HWCA and GIZ projects were discussed in order to strengthen assistance to partners in improving skills in the water sector.
